Job Position

  • Human Resource Administrator

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • 1) Conducting recruitment drives /exit interviews and recording them accordingly
  • 2) Facilitating newcomers joining formalities
  • 3) Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly
  • 4) Handling monthly attendance data payroll and yearly forms for all employees.
  • 5) Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations
  • 6) Follow up on confirmation records statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, bonus etc.
  • 7) Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
  • 8) Handling HR related concerns of all employee.
  • 9) Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management
  • 10) Handling all employee enquiries & grievances.

Experience :

  • 1. Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel)
  • 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • 3. Demonstrated a strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
  • 4. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels within the organization, with maturity and discretion.
  • 5. Demonstrated initiative and sound judgment.
  • 6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • 7. Knowledge of Ceridian or HRIS is an asset.
  • 8. Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety act is an asset.

Qualification :

  • 1. Minimum education required is Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
  • 2. Post-graduation in Human resource is preferred.
  • 3. Work experience of minimum two years in Human department.
