Important: If you receive any call, SMS, email, or communication from someone claiming to represent Finbros and asking for money in exchange for a loan, credit card, or any financial product, please report it immediately to care@finbros.com.

How Fraudsters Operate

Here’s a common pattern used by fraudsters:

1. The fraudster pretends to be a Finbros employee and contacts you with a loan offer.
2. He/she promises instant approval without proper documentation or credit checks, in exchange for an upfront payment.
3. Once you transfer the money, they disappear and stop responding.

Fraudsters use multiple channels to mislead customers. Stay alert to the following:

Fake Websites

These websites may look very similar to our official site in terms of design, colours, content, or even URL. Always double-check before entering any personal information.

Important: Any genuine link from Finbros will start with https://finbrosfinance.com/

Fake UPI IDs

Fraudsters may share UPI IDs that appear genuine and include our brand name.

Reminder: We never charge customers any fees for loans, credit cards, or related services.

WhatsApp, SMS & Social Media Messages

You may receive messages containing fake offers or misleading claims. Do not trust such messages unless they are from our official communication channels.

Fake Calls

You may receive calls asking for sensitive information like:

• Bank details
• Debit/Credit card numbers
• CVV
• OTP
• Passwords

⚠️ Finbros or any legitimate financial institution will never ask for this information.

Fake Emails

Fraudsters may send emails pretending to be from Finbros, asking for personal or financial details.
